The FLORIDA EXCHANGE AND TRADE SESSION FOR REAL ESTATE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY© is open to all attendees who may or may not be a member of a trade exchange.
All legal and morally accepted items are accepted for trade. Anyone can attend who pays the fee and adheres to our published Rules and Guidelines. Click on the link to the left to find out about the Currencies used, and see the General Information section on the main page.
Notices of our meetings are posted via email to our mailing list. To receive an advance notice of our marketing sessions, please send us your physical address and your email address and we will add you to this list.

The main difference from operating this session from the National Marketing Session© is the different type of presentation board we use. We alternate the top of the board with real estate and then personal property. However, real estate or personal property can be bid on any item on either board. Also, since real estate is very prevalent here in Sarasota, the dollar value of any item bid can be given.
At The FLORIDA EXCHANGE AND TRADE SESSION FOR REAL ESTATE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY© we conduct a session on the premise that the value of goods and services vary between individuals and circumstances. Offers and bids are made and accepted based on what a participant perceives the value to be. We operate under the system whereby value is subjective, not objective.

Our Marketing Sessions are professionally conducted by moderators with over twenty five years' experience using the FLAT, VISUAL, EXCHANGE AUCTION BOARD© system. This is where goods and services are used to bid on the item at the top of the bid board in lieu of cash. If you are a Trade Broker or Trade Director, come and trade your client’s excess merchandise or spend their excess trade credits for something they want. If you are a business owner, professional or amateur trader, real estate exchanger or broker, liquidator, auto dealer, or are engaged in a specific profession or business service, etc.

NOTE: Everyone who enters the trading room must pay a fee.
Our Marketing Sessions are well attended. Some of the items traded or exchanged: Cars, trucks, boats, air planes, real estate (lots, houses, condos, timeshares and vacant land), CASH, new and used computers, antiques, swords, knives, artifacts, diamonds, gold, silver, watches, quality jewelry, sports memorabilia, hotel scrip, food scrip, trade club credits, travel packages, various collectibles, electronics, good telephone cards, fine art, questionable art, posters and gem stones.
